中文摘要:研究了在低压铸造的条件下,Cu,Mg, Cd ,Zr合金元素对铸造AlSi7Cu2Mg力学性能的影响。利用正交实验分析的方法,确定了主要影响因素。实验结果表明:各因子的影响从大到小顺序为: Cu > Cd >Zr>Mg,其中Cu的含量对合金性能影响最大,Cd次之,Zr、Mg的极差值较为接近,对合金力学性能的影响相当;通过分析,得到了最优组合。
英文摘要:Effects of alloying elements Cu, Mg, Cd, Zr on mechanical properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg in low pressure casting were investigated. The key influential factors on mechanical properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg were determined by orthogonal test. The results show that the influential orders of Cu, Mg, Cd, Zr on mechanical properties of AlSi7Cu2Mg are as follows: Cu > Cd >Zr>Mg. Cu content is the biggest influential factor to the alloy performance, then Cd; the range value of Zr, Mg is close, so they playa considerable role in the mechanical properties.
