中文摘要:实时调节可控拉深筋筋高,可改变冲压过程中板料的进料阻力,改善板料的成形性能,但势必影响零件回弹。以JAC590Y高强板为研究对象,研究可控拉深筋与凸模匹配运动路径对U形件弯曲成形后回弹质量的影响。通过拉丁超立方抽样获得实验样本,采用Dynaform对样本数据进行仿真分析,在约束相同情况下选取相同截面上的的最大回弹量作为评价指标,建立可控拉深筋运动路径-回弹量GA-BP人工神经网络寻找全局最优解,并验证了其可靠性。最终对比分析了可控与固定两类拉深筋对U形件回弹质量的影响,结果表明可控拉深筋技术会增大零件回弹。
英文摘要:Controllable drawbead can change the feed resistance of materials by real-time adjusting its height, which improves the formability, but affects the springback quality of products. The JAC590Y HSS was chosen as research object, the influence of different drawbead trajectories matching to punch travel on the springback quality of U-shaped parts were discussed. The test schemes were obtained by Latin Hypercube Sampling, and then were simulated by Dynaform software. The maximum value of springback on the same section and constraint points is acted as indicator of springback evaluation, then GA-BP Artificial Neural Network of drawbead matching trajectories-springback value was established to search global optimal solution, and its reliability was verified. Finally, the influence of controllable and fixed drawbead on the springback of U-shaped part was analyzed. The results show that controllable drawbead technology increases the springback value.
