中文摘要:介绍了铝制空调冷凝器钎焊后的“翅片熔蚀”现象。针对有此缺陷的钎焊接头,详细分析了其微观组织结构,并从原材料和工艺参数两方面分析了“翅片熔蚀”现象产生的根本原因。结果表明:原材料复合层的钎料过多、扁管表面的细微划痕、钎焊工艺参数选择不合理等都是造成翅片烧损的重要原因,为获得良好的冷凝器钎焊接头提供理论依据。
英文摘要:The "fin-burning" phenomenon of aluminum air-conditioning condenser after brazed was introduced, a detailed analysis for morphology of brazed joint and the causes of this phenomenon were given. The causes were analyzed from two aspects: the raw materials and process parameters of brazing. The results of experiments and analysis indicate that the thicker solder layer, minor scratches on the surface of flat tube and unreasonable brazing process parameters can cause the disappearance of fin. It provides a theory basis for getting well brazed joints of condenser.
