中文摘要:将20 g试件分别进行200、250、350和400 ℃的逆焊接加热处理,然后测出试件热影响区残余应力,并对逆焊接处理前后的残余应力值进行对比分析。结果表明,逆焊接处理有效地降低了焊接残余拉应力,当逆焊接处理温差足够大时可在试件表面层形成残余压应力,从而提高其抗腐蚀和抗疲劳性能。
英文摘要:The anti-welding-heating treatment for 20g steel at 200℃, 250℃, 350℃and 400℃ was carried. The results show that the anti-welding procedure effectively relieves the welding line residual stresses. It can obtain residual compression stress when the weld zone has sufficient temperature difference, which can improve the stress corrosion and fatigue resistance ability of 20g steel.
