中文摘要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟机测定了SCM435冷镦钢在不同冷速下连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线,结合光学显微镜的微观组织观察,测绘了该钢热变形奥氏体连续冷却转变过程中的动态CCT曲线;研究了其连续冷却转变产物的组织形态。实验结果表明,SCM435在 0.5~30 ℃ /s冷却速率下的组织主要由铁素体+珠光体、铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体、贝氏体+马氏体、马氏体组成。
英文摘要:By measuring the dilatometric curves of SCM435 steel under different cooling speed on Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator, and combining with metallographic analysis, CCT diagram of hot deformed austenite in continuous cooling transformation was obtained, and the products' microstrcture of the continuous cooling transformation occurring in SCM435 was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the steel consists of ferrite + pearlite, ferrite + pearlite + bainite, bainite + martensite and martensite at the cooling rate from 0.5℃/s to 30 ℃/s。
