中文摘要:采用洛氏硬度试验、预置裂纹双悬臂(DCB)试验、SEM及EDS分析等手段对不同时效状态下Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的硬度、强度、塑性、应力腐蚀(SCC)性能以及晶界附近的化学成分进行了系统分析。结果表明,合金的硬度、强度均具有“双峰”特征;合金的SCC敏感性随时效时间的延长而降低;合金晶界偏析随时效时间的延长而减少; 第二时效峰状态时合金具有高的硬度、强度、塑性和抗SCC性能。
英文摘要:The hardness, strength, plasticity, SCC susceptibility and composition of grain boundary of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were investigated by means of Rochwell hardometer, electronic tensile machine, double cantilever beam (DCB), SEM and EDS. The results show that both the hardness and strength have double peaks. The SCC susceptibility declines with increasing the aging time; the alloy second-peaking aged holds higher strength and lower SCC susceptibility. In addition, the concentration of Mg segregated to grain boundary decreases with increasing aging time.
