中文摘要:采用电脉冲处理技术作用于Al-4%Cu合金的固溶过程中,能够明显改善Al-4%Cu合金的显微组织,使时效析出过程中相界和晶界处的低熔点相含量明显减少,基体中的强化相(CuAl2)含量明显增多,并且分布更加弥散均匀,同时还能够显著优化Al-4%Cu合金的热处理工艺。在固态相变经典形核理论的基础上, 讨论了其作用机理。
英文摘要:The electric pulse treatment technology was adopted in the solution process for Al-4%Cu alloy. The experimental results show that the aging structure of Al-4%Cu alloy can be improved by electric pulse. The quantity of low melting point phases around the grain boundary or phase boundary is obviously reduced, at the same time, the quantity of strengthening phases(CuAl2) which dispersed in the matrix is obviously increased, and the heat treatment technique of Al-4%Cu alloy can be optimized by the electric pulse at the same time. Based on the classical nucleation theory of solid-state phase changes, the mechanism of the action is discussed.
