中文摘要:采用洛氏硬度计(HRF)对稀土6061合金及其基体合金材料的时效硬化动力学曲线进行了研究。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究稀土6061合金及其基体合金材料的时效析出序列,采用金相显微镜观察了稀土6061合金及其基体合金材料的显微组织。结果表明:稀土元素La显著改变6061合金显微组织,明显加速6061铝合金的时效硬化过程,且对6061铝合金具有明显的细化及强化作用。
英文摘要:The age-hardening behavior of 6061-La and 6061 alloy was studied by Rockwell Hardness(HRF). The precipitation procedure of 6061-La and 6061 alloy was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The microstructure of 6061-La and 6061 alloy was observed by metallurgical microscope. The results show that rare earth La can apparently change the microstructure and accelerate the age-hardening progress of 6061 alloy, and refine and strengthen the alloy apparently.
