中文摘要:以自制的氧化锆溶胶和氧化锆纳米粉为原料,采用激光熔覆法,通过控制激光能量,在不锈钢表面形成复合纳米氧化锆涂层。结果表明:粉体与溶胶的结合减少了粉体的扩散和体积收缩,得到与不锈钢结合良好且无开裂的涂层。
英文摘要:ZrO2 sol and nano-powder was used in present study. The nano-ZrO2 coatings were obtained by laser cladding on stainless steel. The results show that the combination of ZrO2 gel and nano-powder decreases diffuse and volume shrinkage. The coating which has no crack and good combination with stainless steel is obtained.
