中文摘要:采用反应等离子喷涂技术制备了TiN涂层,并收集了少量TiN颗粒;采用SEM对涂层和TiN颗粒的横断面形貌进行分析,研究了喷涂过程中的反应过程和涂层的形成过程。结果表明:Ti粉与N2的反应为燃烧合成反应,反应过程中释放出大量的热量,此反应在颗粒的表面进行;TiN涂层具有典型的层状组织结构,且层与层之间结合较好。
英文摘要:TiN coatings was prepared by gas reactive plasma spraying and some TiN grains were collected in this process. The microstructure, cross-section morphology of the TiN coatings and grains were analyzed by means of SEM. The reactive course and forming process of the coatings were researched in spraying process. The results show that,there is a burning composing reactivity between the Ti powder and N2 in the surface of Ti powder, a lot of heat was released in the reaction. TiN coatings have the structure of multi-layers and the layers bond well with each other.
