中文摘要:利用Visual Basic软件开发了大型轧辊喷雾淬火过程温度场模拟软件,并利用此模拟系统对复合轧辊差温加热后的淬火过程的温度场进行模拟计算来验证此系统的准确性,模拟得到了油淬冷却过程中的温度场分布云图以及轧辊不同深度处的冷却曲线,并对其进行了分析;将轧辊的实测温度数据与该系统模拟计算结果进行了比较,结果二者基本吻合,从而可以利用该系统的模拟温度评估淬火热处理工艺的合理性,能够为实际生产提供定量的参考依据。
英文摘要:The temperature field simulation system for great-size during spray quenching process was developed using Visual Basic. The temperature field of composite roller during quenching process after differential heat treatment process was calculated by the simulation system to verify the accuracy of this system. The cloud chart with the color distribution of temperature field and the cooling curves in different depths of roller during oil quenching process were gained, and they were analyzed in detail. The results show that the measured temperatures and calculated results of the system for roller are compared and they are basically consistent. Therefore the reasonableness of the heat treatment process can be assessed using the simulation temperature of the system, which also can provide a certain reference for practical production.
