中文摘要:具有微细孔(孔径小于0.1 mm)的泡沫铝合金在高速高压冲击下会发生雾化爆炸现象,可以对破甲弹产生拦截作用,从而具有抗弹性能。利用渗流法成功制备了孔径小于0.1 mm的泡沫铝合金。在制备过程中,利用饱和盐水混匀盐粒,预热时采用逐步升温的方式和改善浇注参数,得到了孔径小于0.1 mm的结构完整的泡沫铝试样。清理工艺对于微孔结构泡沫铝非常重要,实验结果表明采用流水冲刷和热水浸泡的方式可以使得盐粒尽快溶出,防止泡沫铝的腐蚀。
英文摘要:Under high velocity and high pressure, the foamed Al with superfine pores may take place atomization and blast. The high velocity particle flow would intercept the penetration bomb, which make foamed Al has anti-bomb property. The foamed aluminum with superfine pore (<0.1 mm) was produced by adopting saturated salt water during mixing salt particles, heating step-by-step and improving process parameters. The cleaning process is important for the preparation of foamed Al. The experiments show running water and hot water are helpful for quick cleaning of salt particles.
