中文摘要:为了提高模具寿命,基于PROCAST软件对铝合金压铸模具的温度场及热应力场进行了数值模拟;选取了实际生产中容易出现裂纹的部位进行了模拟分析,得出了此区域在不同压铸工艺条件下热应力及应变的变化情况;采用数学模型预测了压铸模具的寿命,提出了最佳的压铸工艺参数。
英文摘要:In order to improve the life of die, the temperature field and thermal stress field of aluminum alloy die-casting dies was simulated by PROCAST. A typical cross-section where the cracks were easily exhibited was selected and analyzed, so the the result of thermal stress and strain at different parameters in this region was obtained; the life of die was forecasted by mathematical model, and the best casting process parameters were put forward.
