中文摘要:采用有限元分析软件Dynaform对某半马鞍型左右轮罩板的拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟。首先确定出该零件的合理拉深工艺型面,在此基础上,选取影响其成形质量的主要因素压边力、摩擦系数、拉深筋分布状况为优化变量,通过正交试验,分析零件关键位置的最大变薄率及表面质量情况,对上述工艺参数进行了优化。最后通过实践生产得到了合格的零件,同时该零件的结果能够对类似马鞍型零件的成形方案设计提供参考依据。
英文摘要:The drawing process of the half saddle-shaped left / right wheel house was simulated by using finite element software Dynaform. The reasonable drawing surface was designed. Furthermore, the binder force, friction coefficient and the distribution of drawbead affecting the forming quality were selected as the optimized parameters. Then the orthogonal tests were designed and the above-mentioned parameters were optimized by analyzing the maximal thinning and the surface quality. Finally, the part of good quality is produced. And the drawing results of wheel house will provide reference for similar saddle-shaped parts.
