中文摘要:利用ANSYS软件热-结构耦合功能,对AISI202不锈钢薄板激光对接焊进行仿真分析。建立高斯热源模型,并通过APDL语言编写程序实现热源的移动加载,对焊接温度场进行动态模拟。最后进行残余应力场分析,得出残余应力的分布规律。试验测量结果与仿真结果对比表明,二者具有较好一致性。
英文摘要: Based on the thermal-structure coupling function of ANSYS software, finite element analysis of laser butt welding for AISI202 stainless steel sheet was studied. In order to realize the dynamic simulation of temperature filed, gauss heat source model was adopted, and APDL language was used to compile program to apply moving heat source load. Finally, with the simulation of welding residual stress filed, distribution rules of residual stress were studied. The comparison analysis among the measured data and the numerical simulation value shows that they have good consistency.
