中文摘要:对PdNb二元高温合金焊料进行了熔化温度的测量及焊接工艺性能试验,对其阴极焊接件在1000~1200 ℃的真空条件下的蒸发进行了测试。结果表明:该焊料能满足真空电子器件阴极的焊接温度要求;在母材W、Mo上的润湿、铺展性能非常好,能完全润湿母材,铺展面积是放置焊料面积的10~15倍,润湿角接近0°;阴极W/Mo焊接件在1000~1200 ℃的真空条件下蒸发很少,满足了生产工艺要求。
英文摘要:The palladium-niobium binary superalloy was studied though melt temperature measurements, brazing technology tests and evaporation experiments of cathode weldmen in vacuum condiction at 1000~1200℃. The results show that the selected palladium-niobium binary superalloy meets the brazing temperature requirements of vacuum electronic devices. The solder is completely wetting, spreading area is 10~15 times than the initial solder area and the wetting angle is 0°, the wettability and spreadability are very good on base metal W and Mo. Cathode W / Mo welding pieces have a very few evaporation in vacuum condiction at 1000~1200℃, which meets the requirements of the production process.
