中文摘要:对气冲造型湿砂型生产铸钢件产生砂眼缺陷的原因及如何消除进行了研究。结果表明,型砂湿压强度和韧性低及砂型硬度低是浇注时冲砂、铸件产生砂眼缺陷的主要原因。降低型砂中微粉和死粘土含量,提高混砂效率,保证渗匀时间,建立型砂与砂型质量控制体系,可提高型砂的综合性能;保证造型冲击力,可获得满意的砂型硬度;配合其它减少铸件中砂子来源的工艺措施,可有效降低砂眼缺陷。
英文摘要:The causes and solutions of sand hole in steel casting with air impact molding were investigated. The results show that the main reasons of sand washing when pouring and sand hole of casting are because of low green compressive strength and low toughness of the molding sand and low hardness of the sand mold. The combination property of the molding sand can be improved by decreasing the content of micro powder and failure slime in the molding sand, increasing the efficiency of the sand mulling, ensuring uniform permeation time and establishing the quality control system of the molding sand and the sand mold. The satisfied hardness of the sand mold can be obtained by ensuring the impact of the modelling. The sand hole can be reduced effectively by combining with other process sources which decreasing the sand of casting.
