中文摘要:针对射孔弹壳体预挤压组合凹模,以降低凹模内壁最大等效应力为优化目标,对组合凹模结构参数进行了优化分析,得到了最佳径向直径比和过盈系数,为组合凹模的设计提供了定量优化的依据。采用拉丁超立方方法,对组合凹模的径向直径比和过盈系数进行抽样,结合数值模拟试验,建立等效应力与组合凹模结构参数的Kriging模型。在此基础上,应用Kriging模型结合粒子群算法,在结构参数的变量空间内进行全局寻优,得到优化的组合凹模结构尺寸。
英文摘要:Aimed at the combined die for perforating charge shell pre-extrusion, with the optimization objective of decreasing the maximum effective stress on the surface of die cavity, the optimum radial diameter ratio and interference coefficient were obtained by the optimization analysis, which provided the quantitative optimization foundation for the design of combined die. The latin hypercube method was used to select sample points of the radial diameter ratio and interference coefficient which were analyzed by numerical simulation. The kriging model of effective stress and structure parameters of combined die was established. On the basis of these, the optimized structure sizes of combined die are obtained by using PSO with kriging model for global optimization.
