中文摘要:通过热处理模拟和金相组织观察,研究了不同加热速度对GCr15钢连铸坯的表面细晶区、柱状晶区和中心等轴晶区网状碳化物形成的影响。实验结果表明,加热速度为5 ℃/ min时,对三个区网状碳化物有明显的改善,尤其是可以完全消除中心等轴晶区的网状碳化物。
英文摘要:The effect of heating rates on the formation of network carbides in casting microstructures including chill zone, columnar crystal zone and equiaxed crystal zone in GCr15 continuous casting billet was studied. The experimental results show that the formation of network carbide is obviously retarded in different zones, and suppressed especially in equiaxed crystal zone when the heating rate is about 5℃/ min.
