中文摘要:模膛近表面层的热应力是造成热锻模损伤失效的主要原因。热应力产生的根本原因是热锻模近表面层存在着温度梯度,因此研究影响热锻模近表面层温度梯度的因素,找到减小温度梯度的方法就显得尤为重要。通过对轿车轮毂热锻成型过程的数值模拟分析,得到了锻模型腔近表面层的温度梯度的表达式,并比较了在不同导热系数,比热容和下压速度下温度梯度的变化情况,所得到的相关规律,解释了热锻模模膛近表层材料的导热系数、比热容和打击速度对热锻模的损伤与失效的作用机理。
英文摘要:The thermal stress near the surface is the main reasons for hot forging die's failure, the fundamental reason for producing the thermal stress is the temperature gradient generated by near-surface layer of hot forging die, so it is particularly important to study the factors of generating the temperature gradient near the surface layer and to find ways to reduce the temperature gradient. Based on the numerical simulation analysis of car wheel molding hot forging process, the mold of temperature gradient near-surface layer is established, and some laws are founded though comparing different thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity and speed, which explain the forging die's failure mechanism.
