中文摘要:Cr12钢经真空热处理和普通热处理后,对其变形量、硬度、冲击韧度、抗弯强度、耐磨性进行测定,并观察其显微组织和断口形貌。结果表明:Cr12钢经真空热处理后,其力学性能明显高于普通热处理的,其冲击韧度、抗弯强度和耐磨性分别提高31.8%、18.5%和33.7%。真空热处理后的碳化物分布较均匀细小,抗弯断口上韧窝比普通热处理的密集,晶粒更细小。生产实际应用表明:Cr12钢模具经真空热处理后使用寿命明显提高。
英文摘要:Cr12 steel was quenched by vacuum heat treatment and ordinary heat treatment, the deformation, hardness, impact toughness, bending strength and wear resistance were measured, in the same time the metallographic observation and fracture scanning were obserred. The results show that the mechanical properties of Cr12 steel by vacuum heat treatment are better than the ordinary heat treatment. The impact toughness, bending strength and wear resistance increase about 31.8%, 18.5% and 33.7% respectively. By metallographic analysis, the carbonization distribution of the sample by vacuum heat treatment is more uniform and smaller than ordinary heat treatment, and the dimple in the bending resistance fracture of the simples after vacuum heat treatment is more intensive than ordinary heat treatment, and the grain is finer too. The practical application shows that the service life of Cr12 mold steel by vacuum heat treatment markedly improves.
