中文摘要:通过光学显微镜(OM)、硬度仪、场发射扫描电镜(FEISEM),拉伸试验及冲击试验等研究了热处理对冷拔态异型钢管(JD500)显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,冷拔态的异型管的粗大带状组织在淬火过程中几乎全部消除,钢管硬度提高,组织细化均匀。经550 ℃高温回火后,得到细小的回火索氏体组织,钢管的硬度下降,而抗拉强度和冲击韧度都明显提高。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-drawn special-shaped steel tube (JD500) were investigated by optical microscope (OM), field emission scanning electron microscope (FEISEM), tensile testing and impact testing. The results show that the zonal structures are almost removed after quenching, which lead to the hardness enhancement, structure refinement. Refined tempered martensite structure is achieved after tempering at 550 ℃, which lead to high tensile strength and impact-toughness.
