中文摘要:在H13钢表面电火花沉积钼合金涂层,研究了其组织结构及摩擦磨损特性。结果表明,钼合金涂层由白亮层、扩散层和热影响区组成;钼元素与基体元素相互扩散形成冶金结合;合金层的显微硬度(约为1482 HK0.025)较H13钢(280 HK0.025)提高5倍左右;电火花沉积Mo合金层后摩擦系数明显降低,磨损质量损失仅为基材的1/7,抗磨性能显著提高。
英文摘要:Molybdenum coating was deposited on H13 steel surface by electrospark deposition technique (ESD). The microstructure and tribological behaviors of the coating were studied. The results show that the molybdenum coating is composed of white layer, diffuse layer and heat affected zone. The interdiffusion of Mo element and other elements in H13 base presents that the coating is bonded metallurgically with the base. Microhardness of the coating is 1482 HK0.025, which is 5 times much higher than that of H13 steel (280 HK0.025). The friction coefficient of H13 base decreases obviously by depositing Mo alloy on its surface. The wear mass loss of Mo coating is only one seventh of H13 base. The wear resistance of H13 steel with Mo alloying layer improves significantly.
