中文摘要:采用金相、扫描电镜和X射线衍射等分析手段,研究稀土铝合金化对穿孔顶头组织性能及氧化膜的影响。研究结果表明,稀土铝合金化可提高材料的硬度、强度及氧化膜的致密度。
英文摘要:The effects of RE-Al alloying on the microstructure and properties and the oxide film of the piercing plug were studied by metallographic examination, SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that RE-Al alloying can improve the hardness, the strength and the oxide film density of the piercing plug.
