医用多孔镁基合金材料制备技术的研究进展

中文摘要:介绍了医用多孔镁合金的优势,综述了当前多孔镁基合金制备技术的研究进展。阐述了粉末冶金法制备医用多孔镁合金工艺中存在的问题。指出提高多孔镁合金材料骨架部分强度可显著改善其力学性能。在保证医用多孔镁合金具有大量孔隙的同时,使材料骨架部分的晶粒细化,才能制备出高质量多孔镁基合金材料。
英文摘要:The advantages of medical porous magnesium alloys were introduced, and the progress in preparation of porous magnesium was summarized. The problems in preparation of medical porous magnesium alloys by powder metallurgic method were formulated. Increasing the intensity of the alloy's skeleton could obviously improve the mechanical properties of the alloys. In order to prepare high quality porous magnesium alloys materials, massive pores must exist in the alloys, the crystal grains of the alloy's skeleton should be refined as well.
