中文摘要:基于大型有限元软件ABAQUS,对耐热钢焊接接头的温度场进行了数值模拟。计算中考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化,并运用单元激活技术模拟多道焊焊接过程。结果表明,所建立的模型可以较准确的模拟耐热钢焊接温度场。针对Cr-Mo耐热钢易于在热影响区产生Ⅳ型裂纹的现象,对热影响区的温度场进行了分析,并运用试验数据对热影响区的模拟结果进行了验证。
英文摘要:Temperature field of welded joint of heat-resistant steel was simulated by ABAQUS code. The change of material property depending on temperature was considered in computation. The element birth technique was adopted to simulate multi-pass weld. The results indicate that the method can accurately simulate temperature field of welded joint of heat-resistant steel. Aimed at type IV failure taking place in HAZ of Cr-Mo heat-resistant steel, the temperature field of HAZ is discussed and the experimental datas are used to verify the simulating results of HAZ.
