中文摘要:采用小孔法对开槽与未开槽管板进行焊接残余应力测定。结果得出:换热器管板开槽角焊的焊接残余应力明显小于未开槽角焊的残余应力。换热器管板开槽结构使应力水平得到很大改善,从而能够有效延长设备的使用寿命。这为开槽结构在换热器管板上的应用奠定了良好的基础。
英文摘要:The final determination of welding residual stress was described through the hole drilling. The results show that the structure can reduce the binding stress resulting from their own binding conditions of welded structure, thereby reducing the impact of the stress concentration and the additional stress, which can effectively extend the life of the equipment. So a good foundation for the popularity of groove structure was established.
