中文摘要:采用GTAW焊接5 mm厚的AZ31镁板。通过对接头力学性能和显微组织分析,研究工艺参数对AZ31焊接接头组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,焊接电流通过作用于焊接线能量影响晶粒结晶过程。当焊接电流为70A时,镁合金焊接接头的力学性能达到最佳值。此时,焊接接头的成型系数为3.51,抗拉强度为201.7 MPa,断面收缩率为8.4%,伸长率为12.18%,硬度为62.3 HV。
英文摘要: AZ31 magnesium alloy plate with 5 mm thickness was welded by GTAW. The effect of welding current on properties and microstructure of the welded joint of AZ31 was studied through analysing the mechanical property and microstructure. The results indicate that the welding current affects the crystal process by acting on welding energy. The optimal value of AZ31 welded joint is obtained by using GTAW when I=70 A, which B=3.51, σb=201.7 MPa, δ=12.18%, ψ=8.4%, hardness is 66 HV.
