中文摘要:研究了频率、磁场强度、线圈匝数以及退火对Fe78Si9B13非晶薄带的磁阻抗效应的影响。结果表明:阻抗随频率的升高和线圈匝数的增多而增大,随磁场强度的增大而减小;阻抗变化幅度随频率的升高、磁场强度的增大和线圈匝数的增多而增大;退火可以提高阻抗及阻抗变化幅度。
英文摘要:The influences of frequency, magnetic field, winding's circle number and annealing on magnetic impedance effect of Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy ribbons were studied. The results show that the impedance increases with the increase of frequency and winding's circle number, but decreases with the increase of magnetic field; the rangeability of impedance enhances with the increase of frequency, magnetic-field strength and winding's circle number; the impedance and the rangeability of impedance enhance after annealing.
