中文摘要:研究了固溶、 时效工艺对CuNiCoBe合金性能的影响,经960 ℃ × 1.5 h固溶+ 430 ℃× 5 h时效处理,合金具有较好的综合性能,硬度可达224 HV、电导率为49%IACS,按此工艺热处理后的CuNiCoBe合金的软化温度约为480 ℃;此外,还研究了工作温度对CuNiCoBe合金性能的影响。结果表明,随温度升高CuNiCoBe合金的电导率和强度均呈下降趋势,而电导率的下降尤为明显,但强度下降并不严重,450 ℃时的σ0.2、σb分别相当于室温时的88%和82.4%,电导率却只有其室温时的42%左右,在温度接近合金的软化温度时,电导率存在一个不大的上升突变现象。
英文摘要:The effects of solution, aging treatment and processing technics on the properties of CuNiCoBe alloy were investigated. The alloy has good comprehensive performance after aging treatment at 430 ℃for 5 h, hardness up to 224 HV and good conductivity of 49%IACS. Following this heat treatment process, CuNiCoBe alloy's softening temperature is about 480 ℃; the effects of temperature on the properties of CuNiCoBe alloy were also investigated. The results show that the conductivity and strength of CuNiCoBe alloy decrease with the increase of temperature. The decline in electrical conductivity is particularly evident, but the decline in strength is not serious. When the temperature is 450 ℃, σ0.2 and σb is respectively equivalent to 88% and 82.4% at room temperature, the conductivity is only equivalent to about 42% at room temperature. As the temperature is near to the alloy's softening temperature, a small increase in mutation situation exists in the conductivity.
