钽丝与铸铁原位反应的研究

中文摘要:利用铸造复合热处理工艺,在一定温度下对钽丝和铸铁的浇铸复合试样进行不同时间的保温热处理,采用XRD和SEM分别对热处理后的试样进行物相分析和显微组织观察。 结果表明,随保温时间的延长,反应区域逐渐增大,直至铸铁内的钽丝原位扩散反应完全,扩散区面积可达到钽丝横截面的6~8倍,生成了微米级的方形TaC颗粒,与基体冶金结合良好。
英文摘要:Using the combined process of casting and heat treatment, compound casting with tantalum wires and cast iron was heat treated at certain temperature for different time, then, the phase composition and microstructure of the compound specimen were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that, the reaction region aggrandizes with the holding time increasing until the in-situ reaction of tantalum wires in cast iron is complete. The diffusing region is 6~8 times than cross section of tantalum wire. The micron level quadrate TaC particles with good metallurgy-bond with iron matrix are formed.
