中文摘要:采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了黄铜H80大变形后热处理状态对后续轧制退火晶界特征分布的影响。结果表明: 90%冷轧后在450 ℃退火4 min能促进后续冷轧退火中特殊晶界的形成,特殊晶界比例达到69.7%。进一步通过织构 (ODF)图和取向成像显微(OIM) 图分析显示,大变形退火形成的RC织构有利于非共格∑3晶界的形成,依靠非共格∑3晶界反应形成∑3n(n=1,2,3)特殊晶粒团,使一般大角晶界网络的连通性被打断,实现GBCD优化。
英文摘要:The effects of heat treatment after large strain on the grain boundary character distributions (GBCD) of subsequently cold rolled and annealed H80 brass were studied by means of electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD). The results show that the heat treatment of 450 ℃× 4 min after of 90% old rolling can promote the formation of special boundaries during subsequent cold rolling followed by annealing, CSLs value hit 69.7%. Orientation distribution function (ODF) and orientation imaging microscopy (OIM) analyses reveal that texture of RC component might be benefit to produce the incoherent ∑3 grain boundaries. The connectivity of general high angle grain boundary (HABs) network is interrupted by ∑3n(n=1, 2, 3) grain boundary clusters that be produced in the reaction of the incoherent ∑3 grain boundaries, realizing the GBCD optimization.
