中文摘要:研究了热处理对铸态多元铝青铜的微观组织和性能的影响,确定了合金的较佳固溶-时效热处理参数,探讨了合金的强化机理。结果表明,合金经960 ℃×2 h(水淬)固溶 + 520 ℃×3 h(空冷)时效工艺处理后,硬度为40.8 HRC,抗拉强度为608 MPa,冲击韧度为4.8 J/cm-2。
英文摘要:The effects of heat-treatment on microstructure and properties of multi-element micro-alloying aluminum-bronze alloy and strengthening mechanics were studied. The better process for solution-aging tratment was confirmed. The results show that the tensile strength, hardness and impact ductility is up to 608 MPa, 40.8 HRC and 4.8 J/cm-2 after 960 ℃× 2 h solution (cooling in water)+520 ℃× 3 h aging (cooling in air).
