中文摘要:王字形结构件热模锻会出现背面中心凹陷和应力激增的缺陷。提出等温模锻的成形方案,同时在筋板对应凹模处开设3 mm宽的窄槽对多余金属进行分流。利用有限元分析软件获得等温成形中3个不同阶段的等效应力、等效应变,分析了金属流动规律。研究表明,此工艺用于王字形结构件的成形,在保证成形质量的同时,可有效避免热模锻所带来的缺陷。
英文摘要:The defects of depression in the central area of the back and stress leaping exist in the hot forging for the frame component with Chinese "wang" shape. The isothermal forming technology was presented, and the divided flow method was also used by setting the grooves with 3 mm width into the female die corresponding rids. The effective stress and strain of three different phases were obtained by making use of finite element analysis software. The flowing law of metal in the isothermal forming was analyzed. The results show that the technology for the frame component with Chinese "wang" shape can guarantee the forming quality and effectively avoid the defects brought by the hot forging.
