中文摘要:介绍了大型换热器钛-钢复合板焊接接头的形式、焊接工艺、热处理工艺及质量评定方法。采用渗透探伤、氦气检漏、热气循环、超声波检测等方法对焊缝及设备的整体性能进行评价,可以准确地对钛焊缝的质量进行检测和控制。同时,对设备进行热气循环实验以模拟实际使用工况,达到检测设备耐热性能的目的。
英文摘要:The welding patterns, welding process and heat treatment of titanium-steel clad plates for large-scale heat exchanger were investigated. Liquid penetrating test (PT), checking leaks with inhaling method, hot-gas cycle and ultrasonic test were employed to evaluate the quality of the equipments. Using above methods, the quality of the welding is supervised and controlled. Moreover, hot-gas cycle test is carried out to simulate the uses in the work field, which can be used to evaluate the heat resistance of the large-scale equipment.
