中文摘要:利用有限元软件ANSYS对中厚板的双丝埋弧焊进行了数值分析,对其移动热源的加载算法规律进行了研究。在参考比较相关文献的基础上,改进了焊接几何模型并设计了新的移动热源计算加载算法。利用ANSYS的二次开发技术编写了双丝移动热源的计算加载程序,充分利用数组运算并抛弃了加载过程中多重循环语句的计算模式,改善了模拟计算的效率。最后,通过实验验证了此算法正确可行。
英文摘要: By finite element software ANSYS, the process of twin-wire submerged arc welding was performed and the rule of calculation and loading of mobile heat source was studied. Compared with similar literature, the geometric model was improved and new algorithm of heat load was designed. By the ANSYS of secondary development, the calculation and loading of heat source was improved by using array operation instead of multiple cyclic in the load process, the efficiency of the simulation calculation improves. Finally, the experiments verify that the algorithm is feasible and correct .
