中文摘要:应用自主研发的光内同轴送粉成形工艺与装置,进行了变参数条件下粉末利用率试验,与光外送粉工艺粉末利用率进行了对比分析,结果是新的送粉工艺其粉末利用率可达68%以上。
英文摘要:The utilization rate test of powder was carried out by using technology and facility of self-developed inside-laser coaxial powder feeding. Then the experimental results were contrasted with outside-laser utilization rate of powder. The result shows that utilization rate of powder is over 68% in the new powder feeding technology.
