中文摘要:在温度为390 ℃时,对AZ80镁合金在工业用压力机上采用15、30、45、60和75五个挤压比进行正挤压,并对不同挤压试样进行研究分析。结果表明:随挤压比的增加,即变形量的增加,在变形过程中新晶粒所占体积分数越来越大,且在一定条件下动态再结晶可以重复进行,因此使晶粒得到明显细化,有效提高了合金综合性能。随挤压比升高,强度有升高趋势,其抗拉强度在挤压比为60时达390 MPa,伸长率达11%。
英文摘要:At 390 ℃, AZ80 magnesium alloy was extruded on the industrial machine. five extrusion ratioes (15, 30, 45, 60, 70) were adopted, and different extrusion samples were studied. The results show that, with the increase of extrusion ratio, that is, the increase of deformation, the volume fraction of new grains is growing gradually during deformation, and under certain conditions, dynamic recrystallization can be repeated, thus the grain is significantly refined, which effectively improves the mechanical property of the alloy. With the increase of extrusion ratio, the strength tends to increase. When extrusion ratio is 60, the tensile strength reaches 390 MPa, the elongation is 11%.
