中文摘要:采用热化学反应法在工业纯镁、MB2镁合金表面制备以MgO为基料的陶瓷涂层,并对涂层进行耐蚀、耐磨性能测试。结果表明,在5%醋酸溶液浸泡试验中,耐蚀性提高28~30倍;在磨粒磨损试验中,耐磨性提高3倍以上。通过XRD物相分析,热固化过程中陶瓷涂层有新相产生。
英文摘要:Ceramic coating based on MgO was prepared on the surface of industrial pure magnesium and MB2 by thermochemical reaction method. The results show that corrosion resistance of the surface increases by 28~30 times in 5% hydrochloric acid soak, while the wear resistance increases by more than 3 times in the abrasive wear test, and the new phase produces in ceramic coating during thermal curing.
