中文摘要:采用气压胀形方法对构成夹层结构的TC4钛合金激光焊接芯板进行了超塑成形。实验结果表明,芯板焊缝位置不当时成形,会出现焊缝严重弯曲变形,降低承载能力。芯板合理划分后,有限元模拟结果显示,成形温度为920℃,最大进气压力为1.5 MPa时,效率比较高,成形理想。
英文摘要:The superplastic forming for laser welding core-plate of TC4 alloy sandwich structure was made with gas pressure method. The results indicate that, in the case of incorrect welding location, the bending deflection occurs in the welding line, and the load-bearing capacity of core-plate decreases. The results of the finite element simulation show that, after the core-plate is reasonably welded, the high efficiency and perfect deformation are achieved when the maximum gas pressure is 1.5 MPa and deforming temperature is 920 ℃.
