中文摘要:在对30钢和硅青铜QSi3-1进行焊接性分析的基础上,选用手工钨极氩弧焊方法配合HS211/HS213焊丝进行了焊接工艺试验,并对接头试样进行了X射线检测、力学性能测试和断口形貌分析。结果表明:利用HS211焊丝焊得的试样强度高于采用HS213焊丝焊得试样的强度,两种焊丝焊得试样的断口形貌特征也存在很大不同,且硅青铜-焊缝一侧的熔合情况要优于30钢-焊缝一侧的熔合情况。
英文摘要:The weldability of 30 steel and silicon bronze QSi3-1 was analyzed, the welding process was tested through manual TIG with HS211/HS213 wire. Then the X-ray, mechanical performance and fracture section analysis tests for the joints were done. The results show that the strength of the joint with HS211 wire is higher than that with HS213 wire, and the fracture patterns are also different. The bonding at the silicon-weld side is better than that at the 30 steel-weld side.
