中文摘要:介绍了涡流传感器的原理,选用差动式涡流传感器检测偏差信息,通过最小二乘法拟合得到传感器的线性曲线。信号的处理采用硬件滤波加软件滤波方法,采用门限区加比例控制的方法对焊缝进行跟踪。经实验证明,涡流传感器用于焊缝自动跟踪可行,跟踪效果好。
英文摘要:The principle of eddy current sensors was introduced. The declinational information was detected by selecting eddy current sensor and the linear curve of the sensor was obtained through least-squares fitting. The signal was processed using hardware filter plus software filter and the seam was tracked using threshold area plus proportional control. The results show that the used eddy current sensors for seam tracking is feasible and tracking effect is good.
