中文摘要:研究了采用CO2气体保护焊方法焊接异种金属紫铜-低碳钢、紫铜-不锈钢、低碳钢-不锈钢的可行性,并利用扫描电镜、光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、拉伸试验机等分析测试手段,对获得接头的显微组织结构、化学成分、断口特征、力学性能等进行了系统分析研究。结果表明,在试验条件下,获得接头焊缝表面成形良好,界面连接处未发现有微裂纹、夹渣和未熔合等焊接缺陷,接头力学性能可满足实际使用要求。
英文摘要:The feasibility of carbon-dioxide arc welding was investigated when dissimilar metals such as copper-carbon steel, copper-stainless steel, carbon steel-stainless steel were taken as base materials. The microstructure, chemical compositions, fracture-graphs and mechanical properties, etc, of welded joints were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), tensile test machine, etc. The results show that the weld appearance of the welded joint is better, and no weld defects such as micro-crack, slag inclusion and lack of fusion, etc, can be found in bonding interface of the welded joint. The mechanical properties of the welded joint can meet the request of engineering application.
