中文摘要:应用旋转电弧GMAW对大厚度10Ni5CrMoV钢小坡口焊接工艺进行了探讨。高速摄影观察了其焊接过程中电弧及溶滴过渡行为对侧壁熔合的影响,对旋转频率及焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响进行了分析,获得了在合适的旋转频率和工艺参数下的外观成形良好的焊缝。焊接接头宏观金相表明,接头中未见气孔、裂纹、夹渣、未熔合等缺陷;拉伸结果表明,焊接接头强度与母材强度相当;低温冲击试验结果表明,焊接接头低温冲击韧性已达到使用要求。研究成果为大厚度10Ni5CrMoV钢在船舶制造业中的应用提供了技术支撑。
英文摘要:The rotating GMAW technology of big thickness steel 10Ni5CrMoV with narrow groove was analyzed. The effects of rotating arc and droplet transition on the fusion of side walls were observed by high-speed photography during welding process. The effects of rotating frequency of arc and welding parameters on weld formation were analyzed and weld seam with good appearance was acquired at adequate parameters. There are no weld defects such as porosity, crack and lack of fusion in macrosection of welded joint. The results show that the tensile-strength of the welded joint is similar with the base metal, and the impact toughness under low temperature meets the requirement. The research results can provide technological support for the industrial applications of the big thickness steel (10Ni5CrMoV) in shipping industry.
