中文摘要:为了提高凸轮毛坯的成形精度,通过优化凹模型腔结构,并利用DEFORM三维有限元模拟软件对凸轮的等温挤压成形过程进行模拟。模拟优化结果表明,金属流动顺利,成形效果良好,为生产弧面凸轮毛坯的模具设计和成形工艺的制定提供了合理的参考依据。
英文摘要: To enhance the forming precision of cam blank, the structure of cavity die was firstly optimized, and then the isothermal extrusion forming process for cam was simulated by 3D FEM software DEFORM. The simulation results show that the fluidity of the metal is fluent and the forming result is well. Consequently, a reasonable reference is provided to the design of the dies and the decision of the forming process for producing globoidal cam blanks.
