中文摘要:在激冷铸铁凸轮轴生产过程中适当地加入孕育剂可以有效减小桃尖处白口深度。研究了稀土La对凸轮轴组织性能的影响。实验结果显示,稀土La能有效减小白口深度,提高铸件的力学性能;在轴颈部位碳化物≤15%的条件下,随着稀土La加入量的增加,形成石墨能力越来越强,石墨长度也增加,并且以A型石墨为主;同时,增加稀土La加入量能降低铁液激冷敏感性,不利于凸轮轴生产控制。
英文摘要: Proper inoculant amount is used to reduce the chill depth of cam during the production of chilled iron camshaft. The effect of rare earth La on microstructure and properties of the chilled iron camshaft was studied. The results show that rare earth La can efficiently decrease the chilled depth, but increase the mechanical properties; moreover, when the bearing location of camshaft contains less than 15% carbonide, increasing the rare earth La adding contents may cause the graphite amount increasing and the dimension of graphite growing up, a large scale of A-type graphite are obtained. At the meantime, the increase of rare earth La content decreases the chilled sensibility of the molten metal, which goes against production control.
