中文摘要:采用α+β锻和β锻两种锻造工艺研制了TC25钛合金环形件,对锻件的各项性能指标如拉伸性能、冲击韧性、热稳定性能等进行了测试。此外,还列出了该系列产品的损伤容限特性包括T形缺口冲击韧性KCT,断裂韧性KIC和裂纹扩展速率da/dN。结果表明,β锻的损伤容限特性要优于α+β锻,更适用于制造在500~550 ℃长时工作的构件。
英文摘要:TC25 titanium alloy ring part was produced by α+β forging and β forging. The performance index of TC25 titanium alloy forging was tested, such as mechanical property, impat toughness, thermostability. Furthermore, the production's damage tolerant properties, including notch impact strength KCT, fracture toughness KIC and crack propagation rate da/dN, were introduced. The results show that the damage tolerant properties of β forging is better than α+β forging, and β forging is more suitable to be used to make the components working in 500~500 ℃ for long term.
