中文摘要:引入一种集中性失稳准则,进行胀形工艺的评价。理论推导出AZ31B镁合金管材胀形工艺的集中性极限失稳系数,并提出了胀形过程中最大胀形系数的计算方法。设计不同的凸模下压速度、不同壁厚方案并完成相应的数值模拟。根据对模拟结果进行数据分析发现,凸模下压速度为5 m/s、壁厚为1.2 mm时最大胀形系数没有超过许用值,认为是合理、安全的。
英文摘要:An concentrated instability criteria was introduced into magnesium alloy tube bulging process for forming limit evaluation. The limit instability concentration coefficient of AZ31B alloy tube bulging was deduced by relative theory, meanwhile the method of computing maximum bulging coefficient was brought out. A scheme of different loading speeds and wall thickness was designed and simulated. It is found that with loading speed 5 mm/s and wall thickness 1.2 mm, the maximum bulging coefficient is lower than the value of limit instability criteria, which is proper and safe.
