中文摘要:研究了元素B对ZZnAl4Y*锌合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,元素B还可以与锌合金中的铝生成片状的AlB2,此化合物可以作为α-Al相有效的异质核心来增加α相的形核率,初生α相得到明显的细化,从而使ZZnAl4Y*锌合金的综合力学性能得到提高。分析认为ZZnAl4Y*锌合金中加入0.05wt%B元素时具有较好的综合力学性能。
英文摘要: The effect of element boron on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZZnAl4Y* zinc alloy was studied. The results show that platelike AlB2 generates when boron reacts with aluminum in the zinc alloy, this compound can be used as an effective heterogeneity core of α-Al phase to increase the nucleation rate of the α-phase, so the primary α-phase can be refined obviously and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the zinc alloy improves. Based on the analysis and comparison, ZZnAl4Y* zinc alloy possesses better comprehensive mechanical properties when the addition of boron is 0.05wt%.
