极限半锥角及层间距对板料渐进成形质量影响的研究

中文摘要:金属板料渐进成形工艺是一种基于数控技术,靠逐点成形板料零件的柔性加工工艺。通过实验分析,以及对金属板料渐进成形工艺的变形机理、极限半锥角等方面的研究,提出金属板料靠逐次的变形累积产生整体的变形,极限半锥角不仅与材料有关而且与材料厚度有关;层间距对极限半锥角影响不大,而与零件表面质量有关,层间距越小,零件表面越光滑。
英文摘要:The incremental sheet parts forming process is a flexible process which forms the sheet point by point based on numerical control technology. The forming principle of incremental sheet mental parts forming process, the limited half-cone angle and so on were presented through experimental analysis. It is proposed that the sheet metal forming point by point leads to the whole sheet deformation. The limited half-cone angle is related not only to the material but also to the thickness of the metal sheet. The interlayer spacing has not great impact on the limited half-cone angle, it relates to the part's surface quality, and with the decrease of interlayer space, the part's surface quality gets finer.
